THAILAND
Free shipping over 2,000 baht through Kerry Express (ship within 2-3 business days)
For customers who prefer to receive the products within the same day, the store can use same day delivery service, however the customer will be responsible for the messenger fee.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship to destinations beyond Thailand using Thai Post. The cost of the shipment will depend on the weight and value of the package. Please contact info@shopcocoonbangkok.com If you do not see your destination listed upon checkout. 

International Customs Fees: Custom fees, duty charges and/or brokerage charges may apply on shipments outside of Thailand. This depends on the country of destination. Cocoon is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported into your country.

ONLINE RETURNS

Customers are able to return the items in original condition, with the tag attached. Please contact the store within 5 days of receiving products through info@shopcocoonbangkok, 090-625-4888, or Line (line id: @cocoonbangkok). 
Thai designers products and sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, We are unable to accept the return from international customers at the moment. All items will be FINAL SALE and unexchangeable for international shipping. Please contact us at info@shopcocoonbangkok, 090-625-4888, or Line (line id: @cocoonbangkok) for measurements or product details if you are unsure before purchasing the items.

IN-STORE RETURNS
Regular priced items are eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase. The items must be in original condition. The store has the right to reject the return if the items are worn or if the original tag is not attached.

ONLINE ORDERS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to inform the store about making a return. Please ship the items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please assure that the items are unworn and new, with the original tag attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Customer is responsible for any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. Cocoon is not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
